WK.2 EOC: Boston Consulting Group- Video Games

 I strongly believe that it all depends on what the age group is the system for that you can separate them and compare them as cash cows, dogs, question marks, or stars even though that PlayStation3 and the Xbox 360 have a big competition over each other if you want to place it over all as a group i would go with Xbox 360 as a cash cow reason being is that they have a lot more game options and accessories than PS3 does and now that they have Kinect it totally kicks the PS3 out of the water because you dont have to buy extra parts to be able to play it also over all the systems only and not the company the one that would be the biggest seller would be Nintendo's DS or the DSi any of those systems are the cash cows because they are inexpensive and people can afford them i see it as a retail point of view since i do work in a Electronics dept and sell this all the time to Kids, Parents, Teens one that would be a dog would be PS3 and the Nintendo Wii for some reason people don't like the whole having a wand and a nun-chuck to have to play the game but at the same time they love the price of the Wii.  

Week 1: Customer Service

A great customer service experience that has occurred to me during some of my shopping experience
happened at The Cracked Egg when I went to have breakfast with my sister on a Saturday morning
we were helped by a new server that we have not seen and didn’t know how she worked and on how
she would stand her grounds. At first I was a little worried or uncertain if I wanted her as a waitress
since our normal one was off, as soon as we sat down she came to us gave us our name and was really friendly with us we ordered our drinks and she brought them right away with no mistakes. We ordered our food and just as well she had it right on the spot and did not make any mistakes on that and when I say that I am very specific on what I like to order for breakfast she also kept our drinks and all of wants right on the spot, she kept on asking if everything was ok but at the same time she was not to overly asking it was just perfect to my standards. Now on Saturday morning that we go have breakfast we sit on her table and enjoy our morning breakfast all the time.

Wk .1 My Voice

What I look for and want to get out of becoming a professional is opening my own studio were if you
need a family portrait for your living room you can come to my studio and we can set up whatever you
have in mind and want to do and we can create that photograph, also if you are a upcoming model or
actress, singer, musician, etc. anyone can that need photos can come and get your photos taken here
also have workshops for students that want to learn more about the profession or even just other
photographers out there that would like to join. One thing that I would do is become a photography
teacher at a high school or even at a college that is one of my biggest goals in life, because I want to get
out there what I know and share with other people and kids what I know and show them how beautiful
photography can be and what you can express with just one photograph. I would love to also work
with underprivileged kids that don’t have the financial support to do art or to go to workshops and even
going to schools and be a guest speaker to show that you can do it no matter how hard it gets.
